Drawer Entries

A drawer entry is adding or removing payments without a ticket

Customer Pre-Payment or Debt Payment

  1. From the ticket menu, click on Drawer Entry
  2. For Whom, select Client
  3. Choose an entry reason
  4. Enter the clients name
    • Once the client has been selected their balance will show.
  5. Enter the amount of payment in the Amount In section.
  6. Select the payment type.
  7. Enter any notes needed for the drawer entry.
  8. Click Process Entry


Removing Cash from the Drawer

  1. From the ticket menu, click on Drawer Entry
  2. For Whom, select Salon
  3. Choose an entry reason.
  4. In the Amount Out field, enter the amount of cash that you are taking out of the drawer.
  5. Choose Cash from the Payment Type field.
  6. Enter any notes needed for the entry.
  7. Click Process Entry.

To return cash back to the drawer repeat steps 1-3.

  1. In the Amount In field, enter the amount of cash that you are returning to the drawer.
  2. Choose Cash from the Payment Type field.
  3. Enter any notes needed for the entry.
  4. Click Process Entry.


Voiding a Drawer Entry

A drawer entry for the current day can only be voided

  1. From the ticket menu, choose Drawer Entry from the View List field.
  2. Select a filter by option from the drop down menu.
  3. A list of the entries will be displayed. Click View on the entry you wish to view.
  4. After viewing the entry to ensure that it is the one you wish to void, click the Void Entry button.


Viewing a Drawer Entry

  1. From the ticket menu, choose Drawer Entry from the View List field.
  2. Select a filter by option from the drop down menu.
  3. A list of the entries will be displayed. Click View on the entry you wish to view.
  4. After viewing the entry, click the Close button.
