Voiding a Credit Card Transaction

You can only void a credit card transaction, any debit transactions must be done as a return.

  1. From the ticket screen, locate the ticket you wish to void.

  2. Click the X next to the transaction you want to remove.

  3. Answer Yes to 'Are you sure you want to delete this payment?'

  4. Answer Yes to 'Do you wish to void the credit card transaction on this ticket?'
